
PROJECT LABYRINTH PROGRESS DEMO

Project Labyrinth is a solo project of mine that I have been slowly developing over the past few months in my spare time. Inspired by early 2000s sci-fi games, Project Labyrinth is a colorful, roguelite 3rd person shooter with bullet hell elements, featuring an all-alien cast, with randomly generated levels and will feature a wide array of weapons ranging from powerful to outright silly. Some key inspirations for the project have been old entries in the Halo and Metroid Prime series (especially Metroid Prime Hunters, that beautiful, under-appreciated gem), as well as some more recent titles like Warframe. Currently the project is still very much within the early development stage. Most of my development focus has been on character and weapons systems, as I believe those are the most essential for something like this. And given my own strengths are in my character work, they will be the focus for the finished product.
